Hummingbird Investments Ltd “HBIL”is the investment division of Lancaster Holdings Group. It focuses primarily on Commercial real estate acquisition, development, remodelling , renovation  and leasing. The company owns and operates a number of commercial properties 100% throughout Trinidad and Barbados . These including Shopping Plazas such as Shops of Arima,  Speightstown Centre, warehousing facilities , office buildings, multipurpose commercial and main street retail properties throughout Trinidad. The company also holds a significant major shareholding in subsidiary companies, Capital Holdings Ltd one of the largest Commercial Real estate owner/ operators in the region which own and operate various commercial facilities in the region. Some of these are well knowns such as Atlantic Plaza, Valpark Plaza, Maraval Plaza,  in Trinidad. In Barbados these include Bay Corporate Centre, Dome Mall Warrens and Price Lo Centre all of which are also managed and operated by  “HBIL” . The company also continues to diversify by investing in private and public companies and is led by an experienced management and executive team.
