Hummingbird Investments is a significant shareholder and operator of Capital Holdings Ltd a company which owns and operates a number of wholly owned commercial shopping Plazas in Trinidad which currently are Valpark Shopping Plaza, Atlantic Plaza and Maraval plaza. It also owns a large prime commercial office complex on the South Coast of Barbados known as Bay Corporate Centre along with other investments in Guyana.
